Charging prices are usually depending on the contracts people have. So I can go to any charger in Germany and the prices will be the same, no matter the day or time.
It's still pretty popular for most FOSS communities
Do you have examples? Most communities I know are on discord…

You can go to files, tap the three dots at the top right and there it says „scan documents“
