Seems like problem is not enough landlords. More landlords = more rentals = Lower rent?

Greed didn't lead someone, this is a shareholder entity. Each shareholder doesn't even have to think about greed. The entity does it all for them. That's why companies can do horrible things and everyone can sleep at night. It's always the entity that did it not them. Shareholders are the root of all evil in this world today.

In theory yes, but what's going to happen now, is 2 obviously gay men will go to that Muslim baker and ask for blank cake they will decorate themselves and Muslim will ask them to leave.

Sync is out but infinity still works, Ill probably use both Reddit and Lemmy and see which app I stop using but so far what an easy switch. It's quite relaxed at the moment.
