It's not that easy to implement. Any feature that lets you import posts would just be a bypass for any kind of spam protection or rate limit. You could just "import" thousands of spam posts at a time, without the server being able to prevent it, because it seems totally legitimate.
I'm not aware of any big instance that blocks .ml
They disable it by default, because it requires the execution of proprietary code, but you can reenable it.

You mean the Email relay? There are great alternatives like SimpleLogin or Addy.io. Both have their own browser extensions, but you can also connect them to Bitwarden and use that for browser integration.
Don't let the fascists fool you, there are alternatives to Starlink. Eutelsat in France, Telesat in Canada and Inmarsat in the UK, just to name a few examples.
