I don’t think you’re wrong for sharing information, but now it’s time to step back. You can’t control her decisions or the outcome of those decisions, and if you continue it will just push them away. I’d let it go unless she comes to you for more info.

At a past job, we talked about “rage blackouts” during meetings where someone says something ridiculous and infuriating. When this cartoon was posted on Reddit a while back, I cut out the chili pepper screaming rage, and it became my favorite thing to text people during meetings. This ends story time.

Let me bring this thread’s intellect down a little by sharing my delight in listening to He Who Fights With Monsters. Absolutely goofy book about a guy who gets sucked into an alternate world full of magic. It’s an homage to RPG games and had me chuckling and feeling wistful.
