If I had the chance to expose Earth’s location to Trisolaris, I would do so without hesitation 10000/10000 times.

My local State government senator and representative couldn’t even spare 5 seconds of a staffers time to respond to me. Both Democrats. Guess they can win without me!

I rawdog ADHD and what helps me is checklists. At work, it’s a physical daily planner and using digital checklists in Teams, etc. to stay on track. At home, it’s setting Google Calendar reminders even for little things because I know I’m going to forget if I don’t set it.

Otherwise IMO we’ve already cut the most effective medicines out of the premise so it doesn’t leave much, although I will note there are modern (prescribed) ADHD meds that are not quite traditional amphetamines you could look into.

On the supplement side, Caffeine and L-Theanine taken together is incredibly effective, and makes me feel like what I imagine a NT person feels. However, I actually avoid relying on this and save it for clutch time as you can develop L Theanine tolerances extremely quickly.

Yup. Welcome to the endgame of capitalism. This has all been predicted by the immortal science of Marxism, and will continue to follow the predictions.

Additionally, we are in a literal climate apocalypse. Every piece of current data and every projection shows the world in active and accelerating collapse. If every human on Earth simultaneously turned communist and decided to save the world, we could reverse it. But anything less and it’s all fucked within our lifetimes.

These two pieces combined are what the world’s ruling class know. Just like they knew about leaded gas and greenhouse gases. They see the numbers, the worsening quality of life.

And yet we must persist, so I do. Stay armed and loosely organized with stocks of food supplies (or a garden if you have land) and persist within the system while helping others when you can. I don’t know what else we can do individually. The alternative is to be destitute and homeless and unable to help anyone, which apparently makes me a Fed to say. /shrug

Nah it’s all like that. Most tradies are shit people (just like office folks and the rest of humanity) that just happen to have a little more work ethic, skill, and the intelligence to use them.

I support the highest paid union in my district, higher than teamsters, longshoremen, and stevedores, and for every 3 earnest good folk, there’s 10 asshole drama queen privileged trouble causing Trump supporting losers.

People with active restraining orders from their baby momma, that get apprentices horrifically injured and weasel out of accountability, waste hours making the office explain that their own fuckups are in fact not according to company and union procedure, fuck an entire job site by running new mechanics out of town that were just trying to put down roots (in the same union), etc.

They’re just people. And this is why a vanguard is needed to educate them. Frankly some of the rhetoric I see makes me wonder how looped in to reality some folks are, as if these people that struggle against their own interests would ever spontaneously assist the glorious revolution.

America truly is horrific for the disabled, even more than usual.

Posting for bump/solidarity.

If it’s a bog standard private landlord in the US (no government involvement), I’m pretty sure they can’t actually check your salary via some third party tool.

They might verify that you work at the company you claimed but you could always tell your boss/HR it was a scam or identity theft.

Like the others said, a photoshopped offer of employment or pay stub should work. A fake contract letter with trusted contact may be easier to do though, especially since you have a business you control.

$2m to lease an office for 16 months and $7m for drones and tech.

No doubt this will be added to the department’s budget and taxpayers will be forced to pick up future lease extensions, drone attrition, new drone models, training, and the continued costs of server hosting, software licenses, etc. in perpetuity.

I am 100% open to being shown otherwise, however my current view is that no conflict will occur.

Liberals will show up in droves with their Ukraine and Taiwan flags, stand around shouting platitudes, do nothing, demand nothing, and get sent home when they’ve been beaten up enough by the state security forces without ever fighting back.

For all practical purposes, there is no Left in America, and the ones that proudly proclaim it are too busy condemning each other online for not conforming to their perfect idea of the ideal Marxist proletariat (because that is totally our greatest priority in a political state where leftism doesn’t even exist) because god forbid they help a real person instead of telling other Marxists they deserve to be “proletariatized” for having a STEM education and are a fascist, actually, for consuming an egg.

Liberals are the majority of these crowds and they fundamentally cannot change the system they are themselves supporting, as we all already know.

The only thing left is collapse IMO.

Nah your research is pretty accurate. Locals and even Hawaiians use it commonly with a negative connotation, but when used respectfully and in-context, there is no negative connotation (unlike f*****).

The one that wandered in here is so fucking media illiterate and brainwashed by liberalism that they can’t even muster a coherent logical statement let alone an ideology without contradicting themselves lmfao

The world minus China is actually so cooked lmfao

Yeah and it’s also reasonable to say “all Western men” to this, but it’s just different in South Korea. Like, women must cook bomb-ass home cooked Korean meals every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They must give 100% effort in cleaning and homemaking. To do otherwise is unthinkable.

You end up with these fucking incredible kind and intelligent women who dedicate so much effort to the household stuck together with absolute slobs of partners that don’t give a shit because all that is the norm.

It’s a deeply sick society and the ultimate speed run of capitalism, from Korean War rubble to capitalist utopia to complete sociological and demographic collapse in 70 years. One lifetime.

This, and other images that make one very angry. Of course, this average is is due to the bourgeoisie dragging figures up. Median individual income is roughly about half of these figures. And that means 50% make even less than that.

The bourgeois are feasting while all around me, I see the ghost of Tom Joad. Regular workers are being left in the dust.

Rising inequality is no new concept. It’s been getting dramatically worse for decades. But with looming climate collapse and the worldwide rise of fascism aided by liberal collaborators, when will the house of cards fall down?

Once again, if you’re able to safely do so, stay armed comrades.

I recently bought the family a new vehicle from an official dealer, needed for their contractor job and as a family car. The fucking sleazy salesperson used my contact information from the purchase to call me during dinnertime and try to sell me on this side hustle pyramid scheme FiNaNCiaL SeRviCeS seminar.

First of all, I just gave you a big-ass commission from buying this big-ass car with $10k of MarKeT AdJusTmeNtS. Then you have the audacity to use my PII from your job to insult my intelligence by trying to pyramid scheme me?

This got me thinking on the prevalence of the modern American "scam economy" and how it signals the ongoing collapse of the capitalist world. Not only are workers paid a penny for every dollar of profit their labor generates, they must take second jobs just to make ends meet (generating even more stolen profit) while being wrung out by seemingly endless scams.

Legalized online gambling, pyramid schemes, timeshare offers, payday loans, rent-to-own stores, endless side hustles, thrift store flipping, dropshipping tutorials, MLMs, crypto rugpulls, identity theft, US health insurance, TurboTax scams, student loans. I mean the list just goes on endlessly. Not to mention the "zombie economy" of simultaneous stagnant wages, increasing inflation, and decreasing quality of goods.

It's exhausting even while knowing exactly how these all work, I genuinely can't imagine how disappointing this must be for the average worker who can't even tell between a scam and a savior. Is ignorance bliss?

I'm interested to hear your thoughts on the topic - any relevant reading recommendations? Lived experiences? I am trying to find my footing with local PSL after a move, but my plan has always been to stay armed and hope my organization can fill the gap once the liberal "rule of law" fails. However, it does seem like imperial society is moving more towards technofeudalism enforced by advanced surveillance and extreme violence that will maintain that veneer of liberal rule of law thus preventing total collapse and wide-scale revolution.

Will the workers truly only wake up when the mass starvation starts? Can the miracle of the early CPC's struggle for survival be replicated in modern times?

Imagine being so dumb you try to launch a coup and stage a false flag attack to start a world war while Biden is in office instead of just waiting for Trump to help you

(Yes that false flag part is credible and actually would have happened)

…currently, no cases of measles acquired in Hawai‘i have been reported.

Vaccination rates in Hawaiʻi are even lower in some pockets. Notably, multiple schools on Maui, Kauaʻi, and Hawaiʻi Island report vaccination rates below 75%, which could lead to greater vulnerability. This is below the 82% vaccination rate in Gaines County, which is the epicenter for the Texas-New Mexico outbreak. An outbreak on a neighbor island would heavily strain its healthcare system, and no neighbor island hospital has a pediatric intensive care unit.

All it takes is one plague bearer on one plane.

Measles is one of the most contagious viruses currently known. If a person is infected with measles, an expected nine out of 10 people nearby who do not have immunity also will become infected.

For measles, a population vaccination rate of at least 95% is needed to protect the community from an outbreak.

The fall of empire continues. Stay masked, everyone. Cloth masks are better than nothing but often have poor seals and present sanitary concerns. I use KF94s that have been independently tested to provide identical as-worn filtration levels to N95s. Anyone tried those fancy elastomeric respirators?
