I would say teenagers are affected too, since the brain is not yet fully developed until early 20s but they got unlimited screentime, unsupervised. There should be a healthy balance between digital access and everyday tasks, but unfortunately people either don't want to deal with parenting, or they go overboard and get on that power trip. Respect and nurture your children in the right way so they can have a bright future, and less mental health problems.
