This is horrible, and the fact people here are trying to play it down just shows that anorexia is socially accepted.
Don't chmod recursively on a whole lot of files if you don't know what you are doing. Also rm is a very powerful command, be wary. Lastly, piping to grep can be very helpful.

Hey everyone! I recently saw a shower thought which said you can not be overweight and healthy at the same time. Do you think this is true? I went to kickboxing training and saw a guy who was pretty overweight, but still very fit and had a very strong kick. What do you think about this? One question to also ponder about this is what healthy even means :)
