Is there an issue with images on the instance? (vlemmy.net)

Recent posts on /c/[email protected] lacks the images even though they are present in the articles.

I also get an error trying to upload an image to the post or comment. Error screenshot

should be fixed for now, there are lots of bugs im hoping will be sorted in 0.18

The issue seems to be back. All image uploads are not working, including community icons.

I also couldn't upload images directly, with the same token error. I finagled a workaround by putting the image on imgur and embedding it (remove the * to make the syntax work):
