It says Jyväskylä University. Jyväskylä is a city in central Finland. The picture is from their research station in Konnevesi.
I will never accept the fact that jyväskylä is a university town. Sleepiest village I've been to.
Would "Konnevesi" translate to frog water?

The place is small enough to know who "the boys" are, and yet there are at least three lemmings in this thread who have been there (assuming OP is the photographer). The Internet is so cool.
