I’m seeing this on Safari with the AdGuard content blocker extension as well.
Well that sounds illegal, it also sounds like Mozilla will see them in court.
Is anyone actually experiencing this? I find it too much of a coincidence that after the second reload, there is another option that shows up, Skip to Highlight, and it seems to belong to SponsorBlock. Which, incidentally, seems to be have experienced performance issues with its API in the past, which is through an external HTTPS query that the change in user agent in the header would also affect: https://github.com/ajayyy/SponsorBlock/issues/1554
Multiple people have corroborated it and an extension issue wouldn't fix itself on agent change
