Oh NVM it looks like he's talking about cops or the government trying to understand the idea of peace.
People with ADHD don't get enough dopamine, which can make it hard for them to focus on important things. So to compensate, they engage in hyperactive/impulsive behaviors.
The problem arises when there is something important that needs to be done (such as schoolwork or chores) and ADHDers don't want to do them because it doesn't provide an instant dopamine release.
I think he might be referring to the original quote and the context for that.
Yeah tbh I don't know what I was thinking with that second part of the post. But it was more about the quote not adhd...
More about people not accepting anything other than the white picket fence life.
