I knew Japan is not a normal country, but as I understand US is same.
A couple of years ago, one of our neighbors had beers in an ice tub for parents. I'm not a beer drinker, but I thought that was pretty cool of them.
We give out Fireball shots to parents of our trick-or-treaters. We go through about two handles-worth (3.5L). It's way more popular than I thought it would be!
Do you also grill up hotdogs too? The neighborhood my wife and I hit every year has a house that does both, and it's fantastic.

There was an awesome house that always had trays of jello shots for the parents on Halloween in my previous neighborhood and a few gave our beer as well. That neighbor had its faults, but their Halloween time spirit was not one of them.
