I was about to say the same thing. Father of 3. The eldest is 4 years and the youngest is 9 months. I find myself biting my tongue and closing my eyes, counting and doing breathing exercises many times.

Does it work the other way too? Frustration drags it out of you and you get tired?
While I do not have research on hand to back this up, I would guess that getting angry does lead to being tired. It produces adrenaline and cortisol, so when it's over, you will crash. Please someone correct me if there is actual research on this.
