San Jose is quite a drive from LA
Everywhere in California is LA to anyone outside of California
how I see it, outsiders see California in two different locations, LA and San Francisco(Bay Area), which the latter is bundled with.
Yeah but you could pretty much fit all of Portugal in the distance between them

Inactive Meth Lab means bulldoze the current structure and build a similar one where this one stood. That house is ruined inside and out.
I like the idea that they found out it was a meth lab and then increased the price. “Purchase this combination home and small business! Great investment opportunity for future owner/operator!”
I wonder if there's some government-backed amelioration they're teasing.
As an identified dangerous site, maybe you can get subsidies to tear it down in the name of "removing contamination", making it net cheaper than any other similar shack if your endgame is teardown-and-rebuild.

San Jose is the most expensive city to live in the USA . even more than Manhattan or San Francisco
this is honestly a cheap inactive meth lab to buy in San Jose most go for at least double that price
