In case a business needs to use it, duh.
Noose companies need photos to put in their quality control handbook.
I send it to people constantly. So for me I guess. There is like a whole series of this guy and his noose, also a gun, also a noose and a gun.
Speaking as a person who's father hanged himself, that's fucked up and I don't know what the company that produced it was thinking about.
