That Halloween episode where Bart has a conjoined twin Hugo. Believe the joke was something like "You've never seen yourself have you?" and then Dr. Hibbert punches out Hugo.

I watched it just last night and I absolutely love the expression on Dr Hibberts face.
And the literal and figurative framing! Genius. Always love those foward-facing portait views. So weird.
