Consider Guro and Fukouna Shoujo 03 doesn’t bother me, pretty well.

I recommend not looking it up as it's not only gruesome but I'm also pretty sure is considered illegal material.
Pretty sure no matter how horrific, it's still a drawing and therefore not illegal in most Western countries at least
Actually it's the fact that it's a child being featured! That at least under US Law, is illegal.
The gruesome torture aspect is really not the problem from a torture point of view. It's nsfw of a depicted child
