In an effort to always help him and add value to his life, recently he spoke to me about always having to be “on” meaning he always has to have his wits about him because a lot of people leaning on him and may need him at any given time. To me, living like that can become daunting sometimes. Just last night his friend contacted him at 4am after he got home from work at 2am because he had a flat tire and needed assistance. For the men that have a lot of people lean on them, in what ways can I assist him in being carefree and not always “on”

Thank you in advance for your suggestions!
