This might sound strange but I cannot stand sunny weather, it makes me so depressed and anxious. If I wake up and the sun is shining into my room it literally makes me wanna go back to sleep. On the contrary, cloudy days make me feel so content and calm. I actually feel even more productive when the weather is bad.

I have a theory that this is caused by depression (which I am already getting help for)- I think I associate the overall vibe of a sunny day with having to be productive and happy therefore, when I am not capable of being in such a state I feel guilty. Whereas, cloudy days are often seen as more laid back days so it feels good to know that the world slows down for a while when the weather is grey and I don't have to feel the pressure of everyday life.

This is something I want to get over but I don't know how. I literally got a vitamin D deficiency because I don't get enough sunlight exposure lmao. Got any advice besides 'sit outside' or 'get over it'?
