Not just kids - I find myself talking more and more with LLM's as well. Neither my friends, my partner or the people I hang around online are interested in talking about the stuff I'm interested in. Neither is ChatGPT but atleast it pretends to be.

Joke’s on me: my mind goes blank and I’m just as awkward trying to talk to a robot as I am trying to talk to a stranger (“Am I wording this question right? Will the robot think I’m a dummy for saying it this way? Aw fuck I’m tripping over my words, abort, abort!”).
Alas, I find myself not talking to LLMs at all.
Things are only going to get worse. These synthetic text extruding machines are going to push the mentally unstable into delusions, self harm or worse:

We need to get people real therapy and human contact. This capitalist system needs to burn.
