Does anyone know if there is some specific name for this type of animated window style?

Do you mean in general? https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SplitScreen

Or the style in the vertical pan on the right?

I was thinking in general. Some games or animes they throw shots of windows on the screen. Sometimes is even just one window and some credits, like small pictures animated. It is not necessarily the split screen.

This one in particularly is an example with two floating windows of animations and behind we have the black screen that is not even covered completely.

I was wondering if there was some naming for this but it doesn't seem the case.

Splitscreening is most of what your talking about but the particular thing of framed shots on a coloured background is something similar to 'photo collage' so 'd be video collage.

It looks like PC-98 graphics kinda but not sure about the window tiling specifically.
