There is also another way to get from Narita Airport to Tokyo cheaply, via the TYO-NRT airport bus. It costs 1500 yen for a one-way journey from Narita Airport to JR Tokyo Station.
Well, that's still more expensive than the Access Express and Keisei Main Line.
The unlimited cheap way to get from Narita Airport to Ueno is surely using the limited express at the Keisei Main Line, for 1,025 yen. The frequency is about 20 minutes, and slightly slower (about 20 minutes longer) than the Keisei Skyliner. Not to be mixed up with Access Express.
