I hope they heal up alright and keep their sight. A friend who was arrested by NSW Police at Port Botany for similar protests said they saw headshot photos in the police station of people the police were aiming to arrest (union and organisation leaders) so I don't think it's an "unfortunate coincidence" they brutalised someone so famous. [edit: scare quotes, not quoting anyone]

Wow, rare case where the ABC actually did a better job reporting on Palestine than others. Link here. Where's the video, Guardian? Why do you insist on emphasising the completely irrelevant point that a different officer's body camera was taken, and repeatedly quote the police talking about it as "unauthorised", but fail to mention that the police have decided not to investigate the officer's brutal assault?
When you're falling behind the fucking ABC when it comes to reporting on this genocide, you seriously need to up your game.
Copper with the torch looks like she's trying to wash out the video.
NSFW. New South Fascist Wales.
What a headline. Where's the active agent in this? Or does going to Sydney protests just naturally carry the risk of going blind? Wtaf
