When I was a kid in the early 2000s, I was playing some Flash game making fun of Bush on NewGrounds or similar on the family computer when an older relative, concerned, told me I shouldn't touch things like that or the Americans would put me on a list
Looks like their warning is finally coming true 
And, to this day, the list includes the name "Double Pepperoni"

If somebody is asked at the US border what they think of Trump - I wonder what a safe answer is. Before today - I would have thought "I don't know" was a perfectly safe answer. But a Canadian said that and they were put into database and they can't return to the US for 5 years.

I believe this. I am aware personally of someone traveling from Canada stopped at the border and asked what they thought about our "president". They answered I don't know and were put into a database and are not allowed to return for 5 years.

like what's the success condition here? you enter the united states, go to an all you can eat breakfast buffet, and then fall asleep in front of the TV in your hotel room?
