Sure it's just two billion people? I'm told my tap water is safe, but it tastes like 50% bleach these days and summer has only just started. I could go to the village fountain which does not taste like bleach but is signaled as unsafe and contaminated. A few days ago the council sprayed herbicide all along the small stream passing through the village, just in case there was still any clean water in it I guess? I don't feel safe drinking the bleach water. Every sip reminds me of how fucked we are.
