Kind of, yeah. The biggest gains come with severe caloric restrictions. But even intermittent fasting has huge benefits.

Damn,there is literally zero evidence Rapamycin does actually work in Humans the same way it does in Animals so far.

.... It's one of these studies when everyone is considering it a "yeah, we have thousands of beneficial looking ideas who never make it into a practical use"

... beside the claim about Metformin and its effectd is wrong,trying to brand Metformin as "artificial" vs. the "natural" Rapamycin is troublesome at best.
