I'm of the strong belief that if you want to really injest what's in front of you, you should put your phone away. Museum's should be experienced without taking pictures. If you are going to a museum just to get content for social media, then you are going for the wrong reason. There are already millions of photos of the Mona Lisa

There's something quintessentially French about building a museum and then closing it because too many foreigners are coming to see it. /s

n.b: hating the French is my cultural identity, but I only do it ironically because that's also my cultural identity
