This one may indeed be a fever dream. I keep hearing whispers from social about mini-tanks showing up in US citites. And as horrifying as this is, I get a little chuckle when this image pops into my head of Shriners driving tiny tanks around in a march to war. I could have SWORN this happened in Futurama, but I don't see it in Ghost in the Machines (parade day), or War is the H Word, and I just can't place where else it would have been, well, unless I'm imagining it, which is absolutely reasonable.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You are thinking of the Fighting Dukaki. Season 4 episode 5, A Taste of Freedom.

Dude legend! Thank you so much. A taste of freedom, that makes so much sense!

I'm trying to remember if there is any episodes with mini-tanks but I can't think of any, the only thing coming to mind that is vaguely similar would be one of the brain episodes or movies. There is also the Anthology of Interest with big better and a bunch of tanks try to take him down. Those are the only things coming to mind, I frequently watch Futurama on shuffle so if I see mini-tanks or if it just comes to mind I'll edit my post. If you find it let me know as well!

They're not going to war, but here's some Shriners driving around in little go karts or buggies of some kind from The Simpsons S2 E21 "Three Men and a Comic Book". Otherwise yeah, I don't know.

I think OP has amalgamated this scene with the Fighting Dukaki from Futurama in their memory.
