I'm curious how US laws can allow the use of Nazi Swastikas and Nazism when they were a belligerent nation. Wouldn't that be considered treason? Treason and sedition are exceptions to free speech so why has no one argued this before?

Edit: for the sake of discussion, let's change some wirds because I forgot that Treason is mainly associated for wartime.
