Is Strange New Worlds awful?
Weeks ago I did some quickie googling and I had a quick look at the Wikipedia page. I saw that Anson Mount plays Christopher Pike. He's a very talented actor. He did a fantastic job as the lead in Hell on Wheels. But other than that it seemed bad.
It has mixed reviews. I have enjoyed it so far, my sister hates it and gave up after the first season. It is the best of the live action new trek, which is an insanely low bar.
anson has some creative control like he did on hell on wheels and i think it's the best of the new generation of star trek.
