Title says all. I'm considering not eating processed foods (or cutting back to say once a week) because I've been struggling with weight loss and have read that processed foods sabotage weight loss like a cop at a worker's union.
My question is, what exactly is considered "processed". Besides the obvious fast food, I'm not stupid enough to think I could eat a whole pizza in one sitting because it's not processed, but I'm not exactly sure what I should stop eating in order to say I don't eat processed food.
My cooking skills aren't the best, I love meat way too much to consider letting it go, and processed food is everywhere.
