All Chatbots are crap, because they used an own knowledge base, made by the company and copied from Facebook, X and TikTok posts, so the results are always biased. Search bots, eg.from DDG, Andi, You, don't need an own knowledge base, only a list of trustworth sources with information for the answer in realtime and a LLM complex enough to "understand" the concept of the searches, because of this they are always way more trustworth than the ChatBots. GPTs are usefull in science, medicine, physics, etc, with an specialized knowledge base, but for an normal user they don't make sense.
