My sisters birthday was coming up and she was away for the weekend. So her husband called me and asked if I could help plan/decorate the surprise party and I said sure, it wasn’t weird, we have have a friendly relationship so I just thought he wanted to plan the best party possible. The party would be at their house so after buying everything it took a couple hours to decorate after we finished we had a little drink and talked for about 10 minutes in the kitchen about work and his mom (boring stuff basically) till I told him that I would be heading out now, I put the glass in the sink turned around to grab my phone but before I could do that he grabbed me, turned me around, and kissed me, I was shocked.
I immediately pulled back and asked him what he was doing and he told me he was just drunk but that’s BS because it was literally just 1 shot. I tried running out but he pulled my hair back (that really pissed me off🙄😠 even tho I think he was trying to pull my shirt to stop me) eventually I did get home and now he won’t stop texting me begging me not to say anything, in his last text he basically bribed with 10,000💰(he’s rich, kinda) I’m mostly scared that my sister will resent me for breaking up her 3 year marriage if I tell her. I hate being put in this position, I know I should tell her but it’s been 12 days and I’m just not that brave to have that humiliating conversation. I’m kinda hoping he’ll cheat again with someone else and she’ll catch him with that stranger so I won’t be the reason she leaves, I know it sounds bad but it’s an easy way out😔
