Due to perceived mental decline or a mismatch between abilities and the changing labour market(advancement in tech and such), folks around the ages of 70 and 80 are often considered as elderly individuals unfit for regular employment. But how come many presidents and other high-ranking officials are still in their late 70s and yet people seem to have no problem with it?!
