Not sure if it’s the algorithm or what (through I don’t click on these posts), but I feel like I’ve seen an abundance of new subreddits pop up in which people are posting pictures asking for validation of their looks. I just seems like a sad trend to me and I feel for these people’s self-esteem.

Are others seeing these posts more frequently?
