Trump was wanting increased expenditure to increase American arm exports but most NATO members seem to looking to buy from anyone else. Definitely a win for America.

So what then, Trump is in charge of NATO apparently. Are we considered lucky that he wants "only" 5% spending? And all the"sovereign" members racing who will meet his demand first. What a shitshow NATO is. I only hope that majority of this insane amount will be spent in EU, but I won't hold my breath.
