The charges include public intoxication, child endangerment, and amphibious assault.
Frogs are a real menace in this game.
Yellow as a frog and twice as threatening to children.
This actually checks out. In DND, when you "conjure an animal," you actually summon a fey spirit that takes the form of that animal. And, we all know the fey are mischievous.
wait it can just go and do its own thing?
Basically only walking and attacking. I guess the npc pinned it down with a dialogue while the party went elsewhere without noticing its absence
