  • Lather Catie’s Bubbles - Reflection

The more I use Reflection, the more I notice the black pepper note and I really enjoy it.

So are you keeping both CF legacies then?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Yeah I really enjoy both of them. I really like the Legacy and having the option between a lighter and heavier one is nice.

It’s a great razor, I don’t blame you

It was late, and I didn't want to risk a straight. So, I took out a DE – because what could go wrong? Well, I could cut myself into the lip. The shave was kind of rough, I don't know whether this is the Wilkinson Sword blade not going well with the R41, or whether I'm too spoiled by straight razors.

2 passes. Face lather. Excellent shave.

This was a test shave for an edge created with the Ardennes All-in-One Kit; a Pyrenees/Belgian Blue combo stone, and a Belgian Yellow finishing stone. I used a new (to me) La Veinette coticule as my finishing stone, so this was my first experience with an edge from it. This was an excellent shave. Great soap base and scent, along with a very comfortable, yet keen, edge.
