The car hasn't had a ton of issues, but it did need a new battery pack at 360,000 miles.
Unsurprisingly, the Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU) also failed.

Unsurprisingly, the Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU) also failed.
The ICCU has been an issue for Ioniq 5s full stop, mine had to be replaced under warranty and I have done a fraction of this mileage. Dealer had replaced a couple before mine.
I guess not much is technically true. However having to replace the main battery pack is the most expensive component. In an ICE, it would be like saying, not much broke except the engine which needed to be replaced. Also the
The person also doesn’t know why they replaced it for free. It wasn’t supposed to be covered under warranty.
As the other commenters mention the charge controller was broken then perhaps they replaced it because the charge controller caused failures in the battery pack. If one covered part hadn't failed then the battery wouldn't have failed.
