Though it does carry a risk, as axes have lower hit rates. The real threat is the bowmen getting a buff to accuracy thanks to the higher ground. And Legolas's speed is high enough to double anyone on the roster. If one of those is a crit, anyone but Gothmog is getting OTKO'd.

I still give the edge to Mordor, though they will need to complete the rout before reinforcements arrive on turn 17.
