A member of my clan introduced a new player to the game and so far their performance has been less than stellar:

  • They constantly spam voice chat with incomprehensible nonsense.
  • They have by far their weakest stats so a senior player always has to babysit their gameplay, yet
  • everyone insists on bringing them along to every raid.
  • They use a lot of resources but don’t contribute anything in return. Most of the time they are just afk.

When I try to point out their shortcomings to them it seems like they dont even understand what I'm saying. My clan insists the noob will level up at some point so I‘m still hopeful. Honestly, I’m starting to grow fond of the player, even though I think they're just doing it all for attention. Any thoughts?
