I prefer photography over AI gen but a cute cat is cute!

  • If it's not AI, then AI assisted? the oversharpening/blurring is too distracting aha.

It's definitely highly edited. It probably isn't AI, but I wouldn't be surprised if the editing was heavily AI assisted. I found the original source on reddit itookapicture 1 year ago, which isn't 100% evidence, but AI was way worse then and it doesn't have any of the telltale AI signs.

Yeah, sorry I wasn't clear enough on my original message, I think it's assisted postprocessing that's the culprit rather than a fully AI gen image. I've got a OnePlus 13, complete with Android 15 AI features and AI-assist camera 'features' that I can't disable, and can't get a clean telephoto shot :(

Oversharpened/overblurred, but I don't really see the usual AI artifacts

Yeah, it has AI vibes but i dont think this one is AI. Up until very recently at least, AI has struggled with cat pupils.

Some thoughts. Mostly murder.

I bet if you press your ear against his skull, you'll hear what it's like to be attacked by an angry cat.

When you notice a cat in profound meditation, the reason I tell you is always the same. His mind is engaged in a rapt concentration of the thought, of the thought of his name.
