This academic journal explores document accessibility training offered to student library assistants to make scanned PDFs accessible. The article finds that online asynchronous training videos offered more flexibility and supported knowledge retention over in-person training. The student workers received feedback on their PDFs until no accessibility issues were present. This is a model that might be recreated at other institutions. #accessibility
