As of now I only have one off-site server at work.

I don't do cloud backups, my internet is slow as fuck and my datahoard far too large for any of the typical cloud storage services. I did consider renting a safe deposit box, though - some of the cheaper options are fairly affordable, but they're not necessarily obtainable for me right now.
