I'd feel like a jackass ordering something called a "Super Slut(tm)" but that one sounds good ingredient wise lmao
I went to a vegan restaurant once that had menu items called shit like the Spiritually Enlightened Burger and I just pointed at the one I wanted because I wasn't going to say it out loud.
I had a buddy order a cocktail called a Screaming Orgasm by doing that, after which the server loudly called our drink order to the bartender across the room lol
