Summary

IRS worker Robert McCabe, a Trump voter, expressed shock after being among 7,000 laid off by DOGE, an initiative under the Trump administration led by Elon Musk.

McCabe stated DOGE is acting like a “wrecking ball and destroying people’s lives for no reason.”

The layoffs, targeting probationary employees with less than a year of service, affect hundreds at the IRS and are part of a broader effort to shrink the federal workforce.

The cuts raise concerns about impacts on tax collection during a critical season.

Back before the 2016 election, Trump ceded that his "University' had been a scam and paid back the students who had sued him. When I pointed out that Trump was scamming his own people, a MAGoo wrote back that those people deserved to be scammed because they hadn't read the fine print.

A wrecking ball

What he voted for was a wrecking ball. It was glaringly obvious. What he expected was that this wtecking ball would only hit others: gays, non-whites, etc.

Right. They voted for the mummified foreskin because he was gonna destroy people's lives. That was the point. Shit got off the rails when the lives destroyed were theirs.

I believe the only response to those who voted for, and now question Trump, is that, in your sweetest voice:

"The president was voted in because he was to restore godliness and since you're now suffering, it just means that you're not a part of God's plans."
