You could probably trick chuds into actually thinking cars are communism. Bring up the licenses, the need for insurance, restrictions, registration, all that sort of stuff and frame it as "beauracracy." Then hit 'em with "know what you dont need to register for? Busses and trains. Pay your fare and go, easy as that. Much more freedoms."

What would actually happen is they would eliminate licenses and registration so anyone can just get in a car and drive. If there's an accident? Oh well, the libertaryan courts will just have to make a ruling. Bounty hunters will offer their services to find someone in the event of a hit-and-run since nobody has plates. They will grab the first person/car matching the description for a quick buck, regardless of guilt.
