Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

There was a new one sent today that said they were compiling lists of all probationary employees with less than a year of experience. Basically threatening to fire them.
Summary: they're corporatising every department of the fed, including corporate HR speak. There's a veiled implication that they're intentionally going to make facilities unaccessible for people with disabilities and probably target them for dismissal. Demands of loyalty. A weird line about increasing the military this commenter suggests is in line with how Nazis reshaped the government to gear up for war. And a choose quickly ultimatum (Feb 6).
