Because I’m not really good at expressing/explaining myself properly, I’ll just keep this short.
I need help in figuring out a way to fool my brain/body to complete simple tasks like showering regularly and cleaning my room without feeling like it’s an exhausting task.
It’s so bad to the point where I’m not motivated enough to work on the things I actually love to do.
So I need help. Any suggestions on completing a simple task like showering would be appreciated.
