Okay guys. How does one deal with obnoxious, self-unaware quest givers who dish out countless "urgent" sidequests? Especially one who has the audacity to still ask why main quest is still not done?

My current build is upper middle INT, middle STR, but extremely low charisma. Speech is higher than CHR but lower than INT.
